I was never give any information about how to get in the river cruise. And they cancelled the catacombs last minute and didn’t refund the entire amount.
Definitely not a good business practice....

The ticket does not tell you that you go to the catacombs first then take the river cruise. It does not explain that they are two different parts of pairs. They don’t give you directions to the...
