I was not aware that it would cost an extra 20 euro per person to enter the site to watch the sunset. Also I was not advised that I needed to keep the ticket provided to use the hop on hop off bus...

To be fair, we didn't have enough time available to hop-on hop-off on the blue bus. But... the on-site rep who dealt with us on the sunset tour, recognised and greeted us a day later at a totally...
To be fair, we didn't have enough time available to hop-on hop-off on the blue bus. But... the on-site rep who dealt with us on the sunset tour, recognised and greeted us a day later at a totally different location in Athens and I think it would have been useful to see stuff we hadn't seen.

Not having the flexability to change booking details made for wasted money when family crisis happen. I would not book with this company again.
