Good
It was great to pre book as this time of the year it is so crowded and pre-booking got a skip the line entry. Audio was good and helped us understand what we were looking at.

Terrible
We were prevented from getting to Rome due to the Italian train strike and as a result, missed the opportunity to see Santa Maria Maggiore. Very disappointing.
