The chef was super accommodating and very helpful throughout the time we were there. We each made our own pizza dough, let it rise, put on the toppings and they were cooked in within minutes! ...
The chef was super accommodating and very helpful throughout the time we were there. We each made our own pizza dough, let it rise, put on the toppings and they were cooked in within minutes! The group was shown how Italians make gelato and after dinner we were all able to try what was made while we were there. The wine tasted great and our group was full of questions that were answered expertly. A fun filled evening in Florence!

It was a fun (in Dutch we call it 'gezellig') and educational workshop! John, the chef, has a lot of humor and creates a connecting and friendly environment. The pizza and gelato tasted amazing....

This cooking class was my family’s most favorite part of our trip to Florence! John and Felippo were excellent and very entertaining teachers. My very first attempt at making pizza was perfetta!
