Great day out for the family. If you are on a tour and limited for time don't book in to a cafe for lunch . It chews up so much time and you don't get to see all of what you want to see.

We never felt hassled and the personal commentary from staff was an extra. Gold Class is highly recommended.

Great experience, i love it. The seats in heritage section a bit uncomfortable but the whole trip is very good. We got to see the most spectacular views.
