No need to purchase audio guide. They make you download the audio guide for free at the entrance. They should stop selling it on the website.

Tickets were easy to buy but the audio tour didn’t work for all 4 of us. We each tried multiple times and couldn’t get past the download step. I would appreciate a refund for the audio tour please.
