We had a *terrible experience* with this booking. Our *guided tour to the Vatican was canceled without proper notice*, and it happened to be our *last day in Rome*, which left us with no time to...

We had a *terrible experience* with this booking. Our *guided tour to the Vatican was canceled without proper notice*, and it happened to be our *last day in Rome*, which left us with no time to reschedule.
To make things worse, *we were not refunded*, and after the cancellation, *they stopped replying to our messages altogether*. This not only *ruined our day but also negatively impacted our overall experience*.
*Not recommended at all* – very disappointing and unprofessional service.

The Colosseum was excellent and very informative. Our tour guide was very personable and looked out for us. She answered all of our questions. The Vatican tour guide was excellent as well. Our main complaint of the Vatican was that it was overcrowded beyond anything we have experienced before. It was like being on the Metro at rush hour. Very little time to enjoy the art works and everyone is packed in tight and difficult to keep up with the group.
