Poor
Tickets were easy to buy but the audio tour didn’t work for all 4 of us. We each tried multiple times and couldn’t get past the download step. I would appreciate a refund for the audio tour please.

Terrible
The audio guide only includes a 2-minute recording related to the Palacio da Pena. This is extremely disappointing. I regret the purchase very much.

Unable to visit the site due to train trike. Very difficult to contact Lisboa Card for refund. Displeased.
