Excellent
The onsite staff was very helpful. I had a round-trip ticket. But the QR code didn't work in the return trip. The staff helped me go through the gate.

Excellent
Easy to buy online & use rail tickets. Online purchase saved time, train was about to leave as I arrived. I would have missed this train had I used the station ticket purchase machines.
