At Quinta da Regaleria the voucher we had received via email from you would not work. It took theRegaleria representative 30 minutes to resolve it from your help desk which it finally ended with you issuing a refund which we are waiting to receive. This process made us 40 minutes late from our start time and we had to move our schedule around. The best resolution would have been for you to have resent the tickets so we could have used them.it was very frustrating and too time consuming. I could add more complaints but you get the picture. The other 2 places did work but we decided to arrive early in the event we had the same experience, which cost us time out of our schedule. We won’t be using you again.
