The flight on the balloon was nice and we enjoyed it. The customer care at the desk could be very easily improved, by just greeting, smiling and generally being pleasant.

The hot air balloon had great views; wasn't able to find the cruise ship so we didn't make it. Overall, I would not recommend. Misleading advertisement.
