Excellent
Very easy. Completely bypassed the main line and entered through a separate entrance. Was a great deal. Entrance to the Palace, the Garden and the Point all on one easy to use electronic ticket

Really nice tour - the Palais is amazing and the tablet virtual reality presentation in each chambre made it really special. A must see in Avignon.

Poor
There was no histopad tablets available in 7 languages as advertised and most written signs throughout the castle there were only on French language so there were useless if you don’t speak French
