What a well organized museum! The permanent collection was lovely with extraordinary models of historic ships. The shipsheads were incredible. And all was laid out in an interesting manner. I especially enjoyed the interactive screens.
But the best was the special exhibit on the Vendee Globe. It was so special and I was very pleased with the attention to Dame Ellen MacArthur!

We spent a very pleasant afternoon at the museum. Staff were lovely and displays, paintings and associated explanations were excellent.
