Terrible
I got confirmation and tickets on Thursday and then on Saturday 2 hours before entry the tickets were cancelled. I did not have chance to see the Museum as it was too late to buy any other guided...
I got confirmation and tickets on Thursday and then on Saturday 2 hours before entry the tickets were cancelled. I did not have chance to see the Museum as it was too late to buy any other guided tour. I will never again use Tiqets.

We need a refund. We showed up at the exact starting point 25 min early and waited 15 min after the start time before admitting that we got taken and bought more entry tickets at the museum so we...
We need a refund. We showed up at the exact starting point 25 min early and waited 15 min after the start time before admitting that we got taken and bought more entry tickets at the museum so we didn't get completely screwed and not view the museum at all
