Audio wasn't good for the cathedral tour. I could've just reserved my own ticket and googled the information. There were times when the guide was pointing at something and we have no idea how it...

Audio wasn't good for the cathedral tour. I could've just reserved my own ticket and googled the information. There were times when the guide was pointing at something and we have no idea how it is relevant to what we're currently hearing on our headsets. I think it's better if the guide is providing CONCISE information live so guests can ask questions and it's more interactive. Tour also does not include the tower or the baptistery.
