Excellent

I’d rate it very highly. The skip-the-line ticket saved me a lot of time—without it, I would have waited in line for hours. The skip-the-line pass was totally worth it. Palazzo Pitti is rich in history and art, and the Boboli Gardens are absolutely beautiful—a perfect mix of culture and nature. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Florence who wants to make the most of their time.

Poor

We were disappointed because we could not visit The Palattine Gallery because of a strike on Labour Day... we understand the people working there had some motivation, but we think it is a matter...

The Palazzo Pitti & Boboli Gardens is a must-have for any art and history enthusiast visiting Florence. Just remember to pace yourself and allow ample time to fully appreciate the splendour of these iconic landmarks. The "Brilliant, But Overwhelming" Experience: The Palazzo itself is a labyrinth of museums, each showcasing a different facet of Florentine life. The Palatine Gallery, with its jaw-dropping collection of Renaissance paintings, could easily consume an entire day. Then there are the Museum of Modern Art, the Costume Gallery, and the Royal Apartments—each a feast for the eyes. I wish I had visited over 2 days - but instead have a reason to return!
