Duomo di Milano: Entry Ticket + Rooftop Access
  • Wheelchair access to the rooftops is only possible as far as the lower rooftop (limited to the area behind the choir). This service is available daily from 10:00 to 18:00, exclusively via the south elevator (77x106 x130 cm). If the south elevator is out of order, the north one (65x111x137 cm) will be used instead
  • Pick-up audioguide time: Monday to Saturday (10:00-16:00) and Sunday (12:30-16:00)
  • Pick-up audioguide place: pick up the audio guide during the times mentioned before at the Audioguide Desk inside the Cathedral
  • Please return the devices within 18:00 to the Groups Ticket Office
  • Beyond these times, the rental service is always active at the Groups Ticket Office, on the right side of the Cathedral
  • Identity document is required as a security deposit
  • Download the Duomo Milano app: iOS or Android

The experience was nice but the information could be better, told need to collect tickets even shows on map, then ask one of the workers to pin point location to collect tickets, showed him the map, made up was another 5 minutes to collect tickets to be told at the ticket office no we don’t need to collect tickets online is our tickets so wasted time. Nothing is clearly displayed on where to go either. Once at the top lovely views shame one side is all scaffolded. Also don’t do us don’t go out and buy clothes to cover shoulders and knees as there was quite a few people with shoulders on show and many with knees on show, some women’s shirts were so short more than knees were on show let’s just say that, each to their own but should be one rule for all, cost us extra money to find clothes as stated for rule not to be for everyone so save your money wear what you like
