Recently, I had experienced one of the worst organisation ever, when it comes to the Tour, At the TOP of Burj Khalifa. Me and my family made a reservation at 6 PM because we wanted to experience sunset from the top of the building, unfortunately we didn’t know that we would have been waiting for more than 2 hours. On the ticket, it was written that 15 minutes before original enter is enough, so we came even earlier, just to be sure, and the queue was huge and enormous. Organisation was really bad, they should have sold less tickets for the certain time, we paid extra money for the sunset we didn’t even see ( came hour and a half later) views were nice, but after standing for this amount of time, we didn’t have an energy for enjoyment.
